Global SCRUM GATHERINGS® take place twice a year, one in Europe and one in the States. In 2014, the event in Europe took place at Intercontinental Berlin between 22^nd and 24^th of Sept. with 600+ participants. During this Global SCRUM GATHERING event, more than 50 presentations have taken place. Participants at this event earned Category A SEUs towards CSP certification.



More than 300 papers from experts were submitted for this Global SCRUM GATHERING event and 50 of them were selected to be presented on the event in the following tracks:

Scrum workshop για την Samsung Nanoradio από την 12PM Consulting

Η εταιρεία Samsung Nanoradio Design Center (SNDC) ασχολείται με την σχεδίαση και βελτιστοποίηση καινοτόμων προϊόντων ασύρματης δικτύωσης (Wi-Fi) τόσο σε software όσο και σε hardware. Τα κεντρικά γραφεία της SNDC είναι στην Kista της Σουηδίας και το κέντρο ανάπτυξης προϊόντων στην Πάτρα (Patras InnoHub).

Η υλοποίηση του Scrum workshop έγινε στα γραφεία της SNDC στην Πάτρα με συμμετοχή 18 στελεχών της εταιρείας. Ο Αλέξανδρος Μανιατόπουλος (MSc, Ph.D.), Πρόεδρος και Δ/νων Σύμβουλος της SNDC δήλωσε: «Η SNDC χρησιμοποιεί το Scrum framework στην ανάπτυξη των καινοτόμων προϊόντων της. Αντιμετώπιση φοροδιαφυγής σε Έλληνα μαγαζάτορα με σουβλατζίδικο στο Βέλγιο!Αντιμετώπιση φοροδιαφυγής σε Έλληνα μαγαζάτορα με σουβλατζίδικο στο Βέλγιο!

Έλληνας, όταν παντρεύτηκε με Βελγίδα, μετακόμισε στο Βέλγιο και άνοιξε σουβλατζίδικο κάπου στο Βέλγιο. Επειδή ο Έλληνας είδε ότι τα πράγματα από πλευράς ελέγχου του κράτους ήταν πολύ χαλαρά, αποφάσισε να μην κόβει αποδείξεις...

Περνούσε ο καιρός και ο Έλληνας «μάγκας» συνέχισε το ίδιο βιολί για περίπου από 3 χρόνια... Κάποια στιγμή όμως το κράτος τον πήρε "μυρουδιά"... Βέβαια δεν έκανε ότι κάνουμε εμείς. ΔΕΝ έστειλε κάποιον από το αντίστοιχο ΣΔΟΕ για να δει αν έκοψε όλες τις αποδείξεις ο Έλληνας μαγαζάτορας κάποια συγκεκριμένη μέρα και ώρα για να του βάλει κάποιο πρόστιμο...

Τι έκανε το κράτος του Βελγίου; Κάτι εξαιρετικά απλό. Ένα πρωί με το που άνοιξε το κατάστημα ο Έλληνας μαγαζάτορας, τον επισπεύτηκε ένας υπάλληλος του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών του Βελγίου ο οποίος είπε στον Έλληνα μαγαζάτορα: «Είμαι από το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών. Θα είχατε κάποιο πρόβλημα εάν καθόμουν σε κάποιο τραπέζι κάπου στην άκρη για να μην ενοχλώ ώστε να παρακολουθήσω πως ακριβώς τα πάτε σαν επιχείρηση;»

Μη έχοντας περιθώρια αντίδρασης ο Έλληνας μαγαζάτορας απαντάει με κρύα καρδιά: «Προφανώς όχι…» Και βέβαια ο μαγαζάτορας άρχισε να κόβει όλες τις αποδείξεις για να δείξει τι καλός επιχειρηματίας είναι… Το βράδυ που έκλεισε το κατάστημα, ο υπάλληλος του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών φεύγοντας λέει στον Έλληνα μαγαζάτορα: «Τα λέμε πάλι αύριο το πρωί…»

Ο πονηρός Έλληνας, για να «προστατεύσει» και άλλους στην περιοχή, άρχισε αμέσως τα τηλέφωνα στους κολλητούς του λέγοντας ότι του έχει πάει το Βελγικό ΣΔΟΕ και ότι θα έπρεπε να κόβουν και αυτοί αποδείξεις για να μην φάνε πρόστιμο…

Κάποιος από τους ανθρώπους που τηλεφώνησε ρώτησε τον Έλληνα μαγαζάτορα τι ακριβώς του είπε ο υπάλληλος του Βελγικού ΣΔΟΕ. Ο Έλληνας απάντησε: «Μου είπε ότι θα έρχεται μια βδομάδα συνεχώς για να παρακολουθεί πως πάω σαν επιχείρηση».

Και τότε ο πονηρός Έλληνας μαγαζάτορας έμαθε τα δυσάρεστα νέα… Του λέει ο κολλητός του: «Το ΣΔΟΕ θέλει να δει τον τζίρο που έκανες αυτή τη βδομάδα που έκοψες όλες τις αποδείξεις. Μετά θα κάνει αναγωγή για να βρει τον ετήσιο τζίρο πολλαπλασιάζοντας επί 52 βδομάδες. Στο τέλος θα πολλαπλασιάσει επί 3 και με χρήση κάποιων συντελεστών θα σου υπολογίσει το τζίρο της τριετίας που λειτουργείς το κατάστημα. Οι φόροι που θα πληρώσεις θα υπολογιστούν με βάση αυτόν τον εκτιμώμενο τζίρο της τριετίας…»

Ο πονηρός Έλληνας μαγαζάτορας δεν πίστευε στ’ αυτιά του... Ρωτάει λοιπόν τον κολλητό του: «Τι μου προτείνεις να κάνω;» Και η απάντηση του κολλητού του ήταν: «Κλείσε το σουβλατζίδικο και εξαφανίσου απόψε!!!»

Αυτό ακριβώς έκανε ο Έλληνας «πονηρός μαγαζάτορας»… Δεν υπήρξε επόμενη μέρα ελέγχου. Έκλεισε το κατάστημα εκείνο το βράδυ και επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα!!!

Για όσους κατάλαβαν, δεν απαιτείται εξήγηση! Για όσους ΔΕΝ κατάλαβαν, ΔΕΝ υπάρχει εξήγηση!
